Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped and a tracking number has been sent to you. After dispatch, we are unable to make any changes or cancellations to your order.

To initiate a return, exchange, or refund, you must provide photo and video proof of the item and the reason for the return. Without this proof, we cannot process your request.

6. Shipping Address

7. Stolen Packages

Once your order has been shipped and handed over to the carrier, Rera is not responsible for stolen packages.
